I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-7 days.

Return?

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How much is the restocking fee ?

We do not charge a restocking fee for defective or damaged product returns. We charge a 25% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund, in cases where product is returned for preference. Preference examples include, not liking the fit or color, etc.
