Return & Refund Policy

 By placing an order through the Otiphonic website you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic USA countries.


45 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@otiphonic.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The inspection could take around 5-7 business days. After that, you'll receive a new product without (no return fee) any cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@otiphonic.com

RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns related to damaged or defective product. We charge a 25% restocking fee for products returned for preference, this is deducted for the refund total.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

If the product can be shown to be damaged or defective before use, no shipping fee will be charged. If the product is returned for any reason due to customer preference, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION:

If the product is still being processed, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a UPS, DHL OR USPS tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
